ServiceNow Architect

Sonic Healthcare USA, Inc., a leader in laboratory and pathology services, is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and lead our enterprise ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will translate complex healthcare and business requirements into scalable workflows, modules, and integrations that support diagnostic and laboratory operations nationwide. You will define platform standards, governance, and best practices, partner closely with clinicians, lab leaders, and IT teams, and guide developers through implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in a secure, compliant environment that advances patient-focused care.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, data models, and configuration standards
• Ensure platform performance, security, and regulatory compliance within a healthcare environment
• Mentor developers and analysts on Service
• Now development and architecture patterns
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities across enterprise services
