What are we looking?

We are looking for a Senior AI / Data Science Engineer with strong hands-on experience developing AI applications and agent-based solutions.

The role requires experience with Python, cloud functions, Google ADK, agent development, Snowflake, MongoDB, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Snowflake Cortex.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and data-driven applications using Python.
• Build and support agent-based applications.
• Work with Google ADK for agent development.
• Develop and support cloud functions.
• Build applications and workflows using Snowflake.
• Work with MongoDB for application and data requirements.
• Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build and support RAG capabilities using Snowflake Cortex.
• Integrate AI applications with relevant APIs and data sources.
• Troubleshoot AI application, integration, retrieval, and data issues.
• Write and maintain unit tests.
• Perform and support API testing.
• Follow secure coding practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Datadog and Grafana where applicable.
• Use GitHub for source code management.
• Use Jira for tracking work, defects, and development activities.
• Support debugging and resolution of application and integration issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with cloud functions.
• Experience with Google ADK.
• Experience developing AI agents or agent-based applications.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience designing or developing RAG solutions.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex.
• Experience with GitHub and Jira.
• Strong understanding of unit testing.
• Experience with API testing.
• Understanding of secure coding practices.
• Experience with Datadog and/or Grafana.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
