The Role • Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles. • Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Operate independently, making sound decisions to resolve issues for each customer. • Represent the company with pride, embodying its values in every customer interaction. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to think independently and solve problems on the go.
