The Role • Organize and structure the daily clinic routine, supporting the planning and coordination of patient and team activities. • Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, building upon individual or group therapy sessions to deepen the therapeutic process. • Provide crisis intervention, acting as a first point of contact and offering competent support in acute situations. • Lead therapy groups focused on areas such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and skill training. • Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders, assisting them in developing a healthy relationship with food. • Participate in a structured shift system to ensure continuous care and support for patients. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Educator or Special Needs Educator (m/f/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential group care for individuals, though not strictly required. • Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for working with young people. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A curious mindset with an interest in professional development and continuous learning.
