The Role

• Develop system and subsystem concepts, conduct system integration, and perform error diagnostics.
• Deliver technical proposal presentations and negotiate technical content with clients on-site.
• Monitor project progress, manage budget expenditure, and oversee technical risk and claim management.
• Represent the project effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute internal and external acceptance tests.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in a systems engineering department.
• Significant experience in the technical leadership of civil or military flight simulation projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English, with strong technical English proficiency.
• High intercultural competence and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel globally.
