Job Description

Position: SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (USA)
Duration: Long Term Contract

We are hiring an experienced SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst to support global payroll integration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll integrations and payroll support for Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina. Experience in implementation and integration design projects is required.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll
  • Payroll Integration Design & Implementation
  • Experience supporting payroll for Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina (Mandatory)
  • Integration Analysis, Mapping & Documentation
  • As-Is / To-Be Process Analysis
  • Test Planning, Test Scripts & Manual Testing
  • Payroll Vendor Integrations
  • Strong Communication & Documentation Skills
  • SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or Dell Boomi (Preferred)
  • Workforce Software (Time, Absence, Scheduling) – Nice to Have
