Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21, placement while awaiting court proceedings, assessment, or treatment. This highly structured, self-contained program provides comprehensive interventions for juvenile offenders, including fully accredited schools and clinical support with individual and group therapy, staffed by trained professionals. All components are integrated through a Positive Youth Development framework. In this role you will provide, guide and oversee individual and group clinical interventions and treatment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a Team environment, and an understanding and/or willingness to learn DBT skills.

Responsibilities:Assist in the overall organization and operation of the program in collaboration with theprogram’s administrative team. Assess new referrals and oversee the intake and discharge process/planning. Arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed. Work closely with the Program Director regarding clinical issues. Oversee the development and integration of the program’s Behavior Modification System, and assist in crisis management. Oversee, monitor, facilitate and provide feedback on effectiveness of daily groups. Assist in hiring and training of program clinical staff providing on-going and routine supervision to clinical staff.

Qualifications:Master’s degree in the Healing Arts. Independent Clinical License (LMHC, LICSW)At least 3 years experience with the populationValid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Annual Salary
