Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented and motivated Handsewer to join our Pre-Production team.

Our Pre-Production team plays an important role in the development of new knitwear, handsewing prototypes, samples and submissions that help ensure designs, methods and standards are fully established before moving into bulk manufacture.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working with delicate knitwear. You will play an important role in getting products right from the very start of the manufacturing process.

What will you be doing?

· Handsew garments for show collections and salesroom requirements.

· Handsew prototypes, samples and submissions to the required quality and standard.

· Identify and communicate appropriate handsewing and manufacturing methods.

· Recognise and communicate potential manufacturing risks and quality or conformance challenges.

· Work closely with colleagues to develop effective, repeatable methods for bulk manufacture.

· Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
