Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Technical Account Manager for a growing MSP based in Farnham, Surrey?

Salary: £32,000-£35,000

Location: Sandhurst & Farnham

This is a Technical Account Manager position split across two elements: three days per week as the dedicated on-site TAM for a key client in Sandhurst, and two days per week in Farnham supporting a varied portfolio of clients.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Act as the dedicated Technical Account Manager for a key client in Sandhurst, on-site around 3 days per week
  • Provide varied technical account support across a wider client base from the Farnham office for the remaining 2 days
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of users, from technical to non-technical
  • Carry out laptop builds and configuration
  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user support
  • Monitor the ticket system closely, following up on any tickets that have been open longer than expected
  • Produce clear, well-written reports for the client

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a similar Technical Account Manager or client-facing IT support role
  • Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable writing reports
  • Good technical understanding of laptop builds and Microsoft 365
  • Full UK driving licence & car
