ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance

ServiceNow Developer
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite weekly)

We deliver mission-focused solutions in data, cloud, cybersecurity, and program management. Responsibilities • Understand all technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation including process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and reporting

• Provide support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis
• Perform basic no- to low- code configuration of ServiceNow such as catalog items, workflows, form views, choice lists, dashboards, portal, etc. Required Qualifications • At least two years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables,

Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method

• -At least three years of experience with Web development, including Web Services, X-HTML,

CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular

• At least three years of experience in one or more of the following back-end technologies:

JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow

• Demonstrated ability delivering core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service

Catalog, and CMDB

• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration
• Demonstrated experience developing solutions consistent with architectural standards and

ServiceNow best practices

• Demonstrated ability planning and executing platform upgrades and application releases through Production and Preproduction environments
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and the ITIL framework
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline
• Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree , Preferred Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management or other similar ServiceNow certification
