SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Project Manager

Focus: Pure Project Management & Delivery — no technical configuration or coding

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Govern the full lifecycle — blueprinting, build, testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare — using SAP Activate, Waterfall, or Agile.
• Timeline & Budget: Own the detailed schedule, critical path, resource allocations, and financial forecasting.
• Vendor Management: Oversee external system integrators (SIs) against SOW milestones and run a disciplined change control process.
• Business Readiness: Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, logistics, and finance while managing the project RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated project management leading large-scale ERP implementations or major business process rollouts.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid conceptual grasp of the O2C workflow (Order Management, Billing, Cash Application) — enough to lead business workshops and challenge vendor timelines.
• Certifications: PMP or CSM strongly preferred.
