Must-Have Requirements:

5+ Years in IT-related documentation and visual communication

3+ Years of hands-on Technical Writing experience

3+ Years experience with MS SharePoint management

Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Expertise in creating process flows, diagrams, and style-compliant documentation
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Bachelor's degree

Background in Government / Public Sector environments

Experience writing RFPs or Advanced Planning Documents (APDs)

Familiarity with Agile / LEAN methodologies or BizAgi
