Summary:

TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant/Architect should emphasize deep tax expertise, Oracle EPM technical leadership, and enterprise-scale implementation experience.

Required skills:

• 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience with 3+ years specialized in TRCS.
• Multiple Oracle EPM/TRCS implementations in large multinational organizations.
• Deep understanding of Tax Accounting and Provision Processes.
• Experience with FCCS, Data Integration, EPM Automate, Groovy, EDM, and Oracle Cloud architecture.
• Strong leadership, consulting, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Design and optimize global tax provision, deferred tax, effective tax rate (ETR), return-to-provision (RTP), and country-by-country reporting processes within TRCS.
• Architect integrated solutions between TRCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Data Integration, ERP systems, and source general ledgers.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ASC 740, IAS 12, Pillar Two, BEPS, and global tax compliance requirements.
• Configure and maintain tax automation frameworks, account mappings, tax calculations, data validations, and reporting packages.
• Lead workshops with Tax, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to define target operating models and future-state tax processes.
• Develop complex business rules, calculations, data forms, dashboards, reports, allocations, and automation routines using Oracle EPM platform capabilities.
• Establish governance, security, metadata management, and change-control processes across the tax reporting environment.
• Drive performance optimization, data quality initiatives, reconciliation controls, and audit-ready reporting capabilities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across multi-country, multi-entity tax transformation programs.
• Support quarterly and annual close cycles, ensuring accurate tax provisioning and regulatory reporting deadlines are met.
• Evaluate and implement Oracle EPM roadmap features, patches, and best practices to continuously improve the TRCS landscape.
• Manage client executives and senior tax leadership relationships, providing strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Lead data migration, integration strategy, and testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production cutover planning.
• Deliver architecture documentation, solution designs, training materials, and executive-level presentations for stakeholders and steering committees.
