The Role

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the medical and operational management of patient care.
• Supervise therapeutic interventions and actively participate in the training and development of medical and psychological staff.
• Contribute to the evolution of therapeutic concepts and actively shape internal processes and workflows.
• Engage in scientific work and represent the clinic at national and international congresses.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Experience in behavioral therapy.
• A proactive approach to conceptual work and the development of therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment, and an understanding of business principles.
