What we need you to do

We are looking for volunteers to support in our services, your role will include:

• Attend group sessions ran at our family hubs, gather feedback from parents and families attending the centres.
• Attend network meetings with professionals to present the feedback to help shape the services delivered.
• Signposting parents and families to the correct support.

What Skills and experience do you need?

• Be friendly and have a good sense of humour
• Understand the needs of young children and families
• Be Reliable
• Be confident

What we ask of you:

• To provide two references from non-family members and other relevant documents related to the role.
• To keep to all the charity’s policies and guidelines.
• To complete an induction and any training relating to the role.
