Job Description

Field Services Technician II

Location: Duarte, CA

Rate: $22

Work mode: Onsite

ITIL / ITSM process is must to know

Core responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, thin clients, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners, badge readers, carts, and peripheral equipment.
• Install, move, configure, image, patch, and replace endpoint hardware/software following change and asset-management procedures.
• Support clinical-area technology needs with attention to patient-care disruption, infection-control procedures, and rapid restoration.
• Coordinate with service desk, desktop engineering, network, application, and vendor teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain asset records, inventory, warranty/RMA tracking, deployment documentation, and knowledge articles.

Level expectations:
• Independently resolves common incidents and service requests, supports standard changes, validates knowledge articles, and coordinates with adjacent teams or vendors for medium-complexity work.

Skills/Experience:
• Hands-on endpoint support, Windows/Mac/mobile devices, imaging tools, peripheral support, customer service, ITSM documentation, hospital onsite professionalism, and basic networking.
