Job description

  • The Search Associate is responsible for reviewing, verifying and ensuring the accuracy of a subset of consignment contracts, legal documentation in accordance with company policy, government regulations and SOX compliance.
  • Responsible for reviewing, verifying and ensuring accuracy of a subset of consignment contracts, legal documentation in accordance with company policy, government regulations and SOX compliance
  • Communicate with departmental staff any changes to contracts and/or consignments
  • Communicate with Sales and Operations teams in relation to contract issues.
  • Responsible for identifying consignments requiring lien searches.
  • Review and clear changes to contract terms.
  • Record various information to cloud-based system.
  • Performs other administrative duties as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Office Administration Experience
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and innovative while working well within a team environment
  • Must have an ability to offer suggestions to improve processes/procedures
  • Organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
