The Role

• Greet and assist guests, managing check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle reservations, including managing overbookings and options.
• Maintain guest records and manage electronic reservation systems.
• Process and verify invoices and manage direct billing arrangements.
• Conduct cash handling and reconcile daily transactions.
• Perform various administrative and organizational duties, including email correspondence and managing no-shows.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in hotel reception or reservations, or a strong interest in a career change into hospitality.
• A passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.
• A keen eye for quality and a service-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to support across departments.
