Pollo Regio in Grapevine TX, is seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Cook to join our team! Our Grill Cooks play a vital role in preparing and cooking our signature dishes to ensure our customers receive the highest quality meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Grill items according to established recipes and cooking procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

• Proven cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and standards
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

• Hourly Pay Rate up to $16 per hour.
