Job Description

Social Media Specialists Duties
  • Manage and update daily feeds on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Locate and curate photos and materials for posting
  • Collaborate with influencers to increase referrals and followers
  • Analyze social media metrics
  • Work with developers to improve website functionality
  • Accept products and produce pictures for posting
Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure the schedule of posts is met
  • Good eye for trends (fashion, tech, etc)
  • Working knowledge of photo editing and cropping
Education
  • Degree in Marketing or similar, or on track to achieve
  • Other qualifications in marketing, online marketing, photography
Customer Support Specialist Duties
  • Manage customer support requests via phone or ticketing system
  • Collaborate with technical teams (management, finance, developers)
  • Respond to client needs promptly
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and respect for coworkers, maintaining cooperative working relationships

  • Exceptional organizational skills to uphold customer service standards
  • Excellent communication with clients and ability to handle inquiries
