Job description

CarMax is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to optimize our nationwide used vehicle supply chain. You will analyze inventory flows, logistics performance, and market trends to improve availability, speed, and cost. Partnering with operations, technology, and finance, you'll build dashboards, models, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic decisions. You'll translate complex data into clear insights, test process improvements, and help scale best practices across stores and distribution centers in a highly customer-focused, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze inventory, logistics, and sales data to identify supply chain trends and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for supply chain stakeholders
