Senior Project Manager / Project Management Practice Lead

Location: Addison, TX or Montpelier, VT (Onsite 4 days/week: Mon–Thu)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Management Practice Lead with 15+ years of enterprise project management experience and 10+ years in the Life & Annuities insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide delivery initiatives aligned with business strategy and value outcomes.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, adaptive planning, and delivery optimization.
• Establish governance, decision-making frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Partner with Business, Strategy, Portfolio, and Technology teams to improve execution and speed to value.
• Coach and scale Project Management teams while promoting a value-driven delivery culture.
• Influence executive stakeholders and lead organizational transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• 10+ years of Life & Annuities industry experience (mandatory).
• Strong background in enterprise PMO, portfolio management, governance, and delivery transformation.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• PMP certification (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is a plus.
