You will have an eye for detail, high-end design experience and understanding of brand and consumer experience. Being equally confident developing ideas and creative concepts as you are in 3D we are looking for a creative designer and not just a visualiser, so we are keen to meet people who bring big ideas as well as technical skills.

Being part of the experiential team, you will regularly communicate key trends in design and technology to the wider team.
The devil is in the detail and you’ll be expected to be thorough, articulate and well organised in your work. Attention matters and we want you to obsess over it.
We’ll look to you to have good organisational skills and manage your time and requested project
deadlines well. At your level, you will be able to handle multiple projects at once, calmly and
with confidence.
What you'll do:
- Work as an integral member of the Studio, collaborating with the Experiential team to support the delivery of spatial projects and events of varying scales and complexity
- Work closely with cross functional teams and directly with clients on projects, building their trust and confidence at every stage
- Communicate ideas through mood imagery and description, honing creative concepts and inspiring others
- Build out ideas into 3D designs and visuals
- Work closely with cross functional teams across 2D and graphics, strategy and account management teams to deliver excellence
- Recommend and research suppliers that share your creative vision and will partner with us to deliver first class events
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to make sure we are in line with timelines and budgets, and that your incredible design vision is honoured through to implementation
Experience that contributes to success:
- You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a similar role
- You will have an understanding of brand experiences, consumer journey and design at the highest level
- You will have experience taking design projects from start to finish, from initial concept right through to final design and implementation
- You will have a high cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design and culture
- You will have a desire to drive innovation within the business, creating beautiful and impactful work that strives to make a difference (environmentally and socially)
- You will be experienced working in collaborative and multi-facetted teams
- You will be energetic and collaborative, we are big fans of teamwork
- You will be Proficient in Sketchup and Creative Suite
- CAD and visualisation software capability – ideally Vector Works / Cinema 4D or equivalents
- You will be motivated to always push creative ideas as far as possible
- However, you will also be pragmatic, realistic and diligent never to over promise or under deliver - managing client expectations brilliantly while looking for alternative solutions
- You will have a good understanding of build and production and the technical aspects of the design process
- You will be calm and organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Be kind, supportive and fun
