Asst Manager In House Marketing I

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an
In-House Marketing Assistant Manager. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our In-House Marketing department, driving production for various marketing programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• *Must have Timeshare Marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales-oriented marketing staff, recruiting, training, and
• Develop and host weekly meetings to inspire and motivate your team, fostering
• Design programs and strategies to increase tour flow during off-season
• Maintain 100% satisfaction with owners and guests by addressing concerns
• Exceed budget tour flow targets and manage marketing costs efficiently while
• Manage representative performance standards and penetration rates to optimize

Job Requirements

• One year of Timeshare, Management, and Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Concierge, Web-Based Reporting, and basic
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving
• Ability to think strategically and analyze information in a timely and
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all

Schedule: Full-time, with availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
