UX/UI Designer

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer with experience creating user-friendly, engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. This is a hybrid position in Columbia, SC.

The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and design teams to create intuitive digital experiences that align with user needs and business objectives.

Duties:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user personas, and visual designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and task flow analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Gather user feedback and refine designs to improve usability and engagement.

• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Apply UX/UI best practices and maintain consistent design standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of UX/UI or user interface design experience.

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interface design.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, page layouts, typography, and graphic design.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability research.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
