The Role • Provide holistic care and support for our adolescent patients in a shift-based setting. • Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and assist with therapeutic interventions. • Independently carry out physician-ordered medical procedures and collaborate closely with medical and therapeutic staff. • Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily station operations. • Contribute actively to a respectful, organized, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team. What You'll Need • Completed training as a registered nurse, qualified nurse, or pediatric nurse. • Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities. • Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents. • Ideally, some previous experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry (though not essential).
