Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Nebraska-licensed LMFT to provide therapy services through telehealth for individuals, couples, and families. This role involves working directly with clients as they navigate relationship concerns, family dynamics, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. You will conduct virtual sessions, guide therapeutic conversations, and use your clinical expertise to help clients work toward their goals while maintaining a consistent remote schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead scheduled online therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Explore client concerns, relationship patterns, and areas affecting daily life
  • Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches
  • Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and develop healthier coping strategies
  • Review client progress and adjust the direction of care when needed
  • Maintain accurate session notes and required clinical documentation
  • Follow Nebraska licensing standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional ethics
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
  • Active Nebraska LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Strong clinical communication and assessment skills
  • Comfortable managing client care through telehealth
  • 2 weeks PTO
