Nursery: Children 1st Plumtree Nursery School, Station Road, Plumtree, Nottingham NG12 5NA
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.50 per hour

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Office Manager who is interested in improving outcomes for children, and is now looking to be in a more administrative role, supporting the running of the nursery with both front of house and office duties.

How you’ll spend your time here

  • Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist the successful running of the nursery

  • Working as part of a passionate team to further develop existing organization and IT skills

  • Interacting with parents on a daily basis including delivering a superb experience for both current and prospective families

  • Supporting the enquiry management process including nursery tours

  • Responsible for the domestic staff team and ensuring compliance around COSHH and Environmental Health Inspections

  • Managing staff ratios effectively

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting

  • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding

  • Excellent communication skills

You’ll be joining Plumtree Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development. You’ll be a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.
