Junior JDE Business & Support Analyst

My prestigious, international client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and curious Junior JDE Business & Support Analyst to join their IT team.

You will help support their JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system, working closely with business users and the wider IT team to ensure the systems run smoothly and effectively.

While an understanding of JDE or business systems would be beneficial, we are equally interested in someone who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and the enthusiasm to develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Systems Support
• Provide day-to-day support for the JD Edwards ERP system, helping users resolve issues and answer system-related queries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems, identifying root causes and escalating more complex issues where necessary.
• Assist with the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing improvement of JDE applications and business processes.
• Support users across different business functions, helping them get the most from the systems they use.
• Log, track, and manage support requests, ensuring issues are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
• Help maintain system documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
