We are seeking an experienced and outstanding AI Architect for one of our esteemed clients.

Location: Onsite - Dearborn MI

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade insurance platform solutions using modern full-stack technologies.
• Architect and implement AI-powered business capabilities, including GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent document processing, and automation workflows.
• Integrate insurance core systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise applications through APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Lead cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS/Azure platforms.
• Design scalable microservices, integration frameworks, and reusable enterprise components.
• Build secure, compliant, and highly available applications aligned with insurance industry standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define technology roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture governance, and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and automation best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 12-13 years of progressive software engineering and architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale digital and AI-enabled platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams and complex transformation programs.
