Site Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our Water team and support the successful delivery of construction projects based in Walloon, QLD.

Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, you will provide technical support across project planning, design and delivery while developing your engineering experience within the water industry. You will contribute to safe, high quality and commercially successful project outcomes while building strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include supporting project planning and delivery, monitoring project performance and costs, contributing to design and constructability reviews, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, supporting procurement activities and ensuring projects meet safety, environmental, community and client requirements.

What we’re looking for

You will bring an Engineering qualification and at least one year of project engineering experience within the water industry.

You will also demonstrate experience managing subcontractors, supporting financial management and reporting including budgeting, and driving quality outcomes within project delivery.

Strong communication, organisation and time management skills will be important, along with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be detail focused, comfortable working in a changing environment and committed to maintaining high standards of safety.
