SAP GTS Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Consultant to lead and support strategic implementations and enhancements of SAP GTS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure trade compliance, optimize customs processes, and support international business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead SAP GTS implementations and upgrades across global business units.
• - Design and configure SAP GTS modules including Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management.
• - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• - Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external customs authorities.
• - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
• - Provide expert guidance on export/import processes, embargo checks, and license management.
• - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP GTS functionality.
• - Document configuration, processes, and user manuals.
• - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• - 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP GTS.
• - Strong understanding of global trade processes and compliance requirements.
• - Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management.
• - Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external systems.
• - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Ability to lead projects and work in cross-functional global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - SAP GTS certification.
• - Experience with trade automation tools and customs integration platforms.
• - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• - Exposure to multinational trade environments and digital transformation initiatives.
