Senior MIM Engineer

Senior MIM Engineer | £60,000-£80,000 + Bonus

I'm recruiting for a Senior MIM Engineer to join a growing IAM team, working within a complex, business-critical identity environment.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on supporting, troubleshooting and improving a highly customised Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment.

Key Experience:

• Strong Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) experience
• Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity
• L2/L3 support and complex IAM troubleshooting
• PowerShell Scripting and automation
• C#/.NET troubleshooting within MIM customisations
• Identity provisioning, synchronisation and enterprise integrations

Salary: £60,000-£80,000 + bonus
Locations: London, Woking, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Cardiff or Bristol
Working pattern: 5 days onsite - no hybrid or remote working
Requirement: Must be eligible for BPSS screening
