We're partnering with a leading Fortune 500 organization seeking a Strategic Initiatives Business Analyst / Product Owner to support critical growth and transformation initiatives within a rapidly evolving digital commerce organization. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and drive initiatives that impact customer acquisition, digital sales performance, and overall business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you'll help transform strategic ideas into actionable plans and measurable business results by:

• Leading business analysis efforts for strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives
• Translating business objectives into requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans
• Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and product requirements
• Creating user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile delivery teams
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and readiness concerns across programs
• Developing business cases and executive-ready recommendations
• Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure initiative success
• Collaborating with Product, UX, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
• Driving alignment among stakeholders and influencing decisions across a matrixed organization
• Supporting digital commerce and customer experience transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering expertise
• Product Owner or Product Management experience
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Agile and Scrum experience
• Hands-on experience with Jira and user story creation
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence teams and leaders without direct authority
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences

Preferred Experience

• Digital commerce/eCommerce environment
• Telecommunications or technology industry experience
• Subscription-based business models
• Digital sales, self-service, or customer acquisition initiatives
• Product Owner certification
• Data visualization and analytics tools
• Large enterprise or matrixed organization experience
• Experience supporting integrations, partnerships, or transformation initiatives

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
