Business Analyst - Atlas Search

Our client is a leading financial services organization seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ Product Owner to partner with business and technology teams in driving process improvements, data initiatives, and platform enhancements across critical business functions. This individual will play a key role in optimizing workflows, supporting reporting and analytics initiatives, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders
2. Prioritize and manage business initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements
3. Partner with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
4. Manage and optimize CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data quality initiatives
5. Develop and maintain operational reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
6. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
7. Support testing, implementation, and user adoption activities for new initiatives
8. Drive cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through delivery

Qualifications:

1. 3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
2. Experience working within financial services, asset management, investment management, banking, or related industries
3. Strong CRM experience, including reporting, dashboard creation, and workflow management
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
5. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
6. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
7. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
9. Exposure to AI-enabled business tools, workflow automation, or analytics platforms
10. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
