Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reusable software applications and components.
2. Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations while ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.
3. Build and maintain user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases.
4. Collaborate with development and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle and support deployment and continuous integration activities.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with hands-on full stack application design and development.
Technical Skills	JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, Frontend Frameworks, HTML/CSS, SQL & NoSQL Databases, Git, Docker/Containers
Business / Domain Skills	Full Stack Development, Application Development, API Development, Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle, Cloud Development
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with modern software development frameworks, architectures, and development practices.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, microservices, or related technologies.
