Job Description

Vascular Assistant (m/f/d) | Schleswig, Germany | Hybrid

We are seeking a dedicated Vascular Assistant to join a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein. The Role

  • Coordinate patient appointments and schedule vascular procedures.
  • Manage the logistics of vascular-specific materials and implants, including special orders.
  • Assist with wound care, participate in wound consultations, perform blood draws, and insert IV cannulas.
  • Prepare medical reports and conduct sonographic examinations under medical supervision.
  • Document medical interventions, support administrative tasks, and contribute to process improvement.
  • Provide direct assistance during vascular surgical procedures.

What You'll Need

  • Completed education as a Nurse, Medical Assistant (MFA), or equivalent healthcare qualification.
  • Ideally, possess a Vascular Assistant (DDG) certification or be willing to pursue training as a Vascular Assistant or Endovascular Assistant (EVA).
  • Demonstrated interest in vascular medicine and patient-centered care.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
