The role: work that works for you
Are you looking for a fulfilling part-time role that fits perfectly around your busy life? We're seeking Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our dedicated visiting team.
Our mission is simple: to deliver the kind of care we'd want for our own loved ones, helping people stay safe and happy in their homes. We are a highly respected, knowledgeable, and supportive team committed to giving our clients, and you, the very best support.

As a visiting care assistant, you will:
Provide personalised care during home visits (minimum 1 hour per call)
Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks
Support mobility, transport clients to appointments, and run errands
Please note, you must be a driver with use of a car as our clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport.
Why we think you'll love being part of our team:
Excellent pay: earn £15.10 (weekdays) and £17.20 (weekends), with double pay on bank holidays
Rewarding bonuses: up to £300 for every friend you refer!
We’re invested in your growth: comprehensive induction, care certificate, and ongoing support for level 2 & 3 diplomas in health and social care
Benefits package including paid holidays, travel expenses of 45p per mile, NEST pension scheme, client referral scheme, Blue Light Card
Dedicated support: your own care manager and a friendly office team always ready to help
Prioritising your well-being: an Employee Assistance Programme with wellbeing support
Award-winning culture: join a team rated 5 stars for culture and management (Indeed) and recognised for live-in care expertise (Home Care Awards)
Our carers consistently tell us they feel welcomed, supported, and valued, appreciating our knowledgeable and flexible approach
Essential requirements
Driver with own car: This is essential as clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport
Availability: You must be able to commit to regular days and times. We have morning, evening and weekend roles currently available
Right to work: You must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer Visa Sponsorship)
All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
