Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst III to support modernization initiatives, including leading and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing within an Agile/Scrum environment.

The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases while supporting application modernization, API testing, performance testing, and test automation initiatives.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing

Strong experience with manual and automation testing

Hands-on experience supporting UAT

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira

Experience with SQL Server / T-SQL

Experience with Postman and API testing

Experience with Selenium or other automation testing tools

Experience with Tricentis Tosca is highly preferred

Experience developing and executing automated test scripts

Experience creating and executing manual test cases

Experience testing modernized applications and enterprise systems

Knowledge of ADA / Section 508 accessibility testing

Experience with AI-powered testing or AI-assisted QA/testing tools

Strong defect tracking, test documentation, and reporting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead UAT activities for modernization projects

Create, review, and execute detailed manual test cases

Develop and execute automated test scripts

Expand automation coverage and improve regression testing efficiency

Perform API and integration testing using Postman

Perform database validation using SQL Server

Track and manage defects using Jira and Zephyr

Collaborate with business users and development teams

Support testing of enterprise applications, portals, APIs, and modernized systems

Perform accessibility testing based on ADA/Section 508 requirements

Apply AI-powered testing techniques where applicable

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA planning

Document test results, defects, risks, and overall testing status
