Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Managing a team of front end developers and liaising with internal project managers
• Perform regular checks to ensure AA WCAG compliance for all components
• Perform automated and manual testing on components
• Deploy frontend code via agreed pipelines
• Maintaining and upgrading existing websites
• Integrating third-party systems into websites
• Conform to documented processes
• Work closely with other development team members in an agile process

Personal Development

• Keep up to date with the latest web development and industry trends
• Collaborate and knowledge share with other LT Network Developers
• Attend specialised training workshops and courses to upskill

Key Performance Indicators

• Successfully uphold planning and systems put in place and agreed to - timesheets and reporting
• Meet all workplace standards and non-negotiable as detailed in this Job Role and Description
• Ensure your emails and calls are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
• Meet key deadlines as agreed

To be considered for this role you must:

• 3 - 5 years experience in website development
• Be an Australian Citizen and have the rights to work in Australia
• Have great communication skills as you are working in teams
• Undertake a Police Check
