We are hiring for a leading national educational support provider dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Our community-driven approach focuses on flexible, creative, and trauma-informed tutoring to make a significant impact.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5, tailored to your skills and expertise.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Engage with local authorities and schools to identify and support referred students.
• Work with learners experiencing Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity and ability to teach Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a secure learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
