Technical Project/Program Manager III - Cloud Security

Contract through 12/31/26 with extensions likely

Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA; onsite 4 days/week

This is a senior-level Technical Project Manager opportunity supporting enterprise-scale cloud, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives. The role partners closely with engineering and business leaders to drive complex programs from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale, enterprise-wide technical programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects.
• Drive program strategy, planning, execution, governance, and delivery for cloud, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering, development, and deployment teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Track and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
• Provide regular status updates, executive-level communications, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices across teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource coordination efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive program execution across multiple teams.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools, including SharePoint, to support program governance and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale technical programs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading Agile delivery practices.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively partner with engineering organizations.
• Experience managing cloud-focused programs, with AWS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting AI, cybersecurity, cloud security, or related technical initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering executive-level communications and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or related Project Management certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale AI or frontier AI model initiatives.
• Experience with cloud security and cybersecurity programs.
• Prior experience within a large telecommunications or enterprise technology environment.
• Experience with SharePoint and enterprise project management tools.
