Job Responsibilities

• The team is part of the Debit Platform
• Teams are based in Westerville and Atlanta and India
• Would prefer Debit or point of sale experience – will be top of the pile but not a must have
• Must have Java/Spring Boot/SQL/Microservices/Kafka + AWS
• Must have good experience with Kubernetes
• Must be able to use AI tools for development – Team is using copilot for most of the day
• Looking for 8+ year’s experience minimum – Will be 100% individual contributor

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience supporting debit, payments, or other high-volume transaction platforms in regulated environments
• Familiarity with PCI DSS-aligned controls and partnering with audit, risk, and compliance teams on evidence and remediation
• Experience with Camunda and BPMN-based workflow orchestration
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform) and Git Ops delivery models
• Experience with Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and/or Dynatrace in large distributed systems
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 and/or ISO 20022 integrations, reconciliation patterns, or settlement workflows
