The Role

• Assembling various components for windows and doors using specialized tools.
• Conducting quality checks on manufactured parts and performing necessary rectifications.
• Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Assisting with internal logistics and transportation of materials.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in production or a skilled trade; a formal qualification is a plus.
• Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with tools such as cordless screwdrivers, drills, and hammers.
• A highly reliable and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Demonstrated physical resilience and a commitment to task completion.
• Good command of the German language.
