The Role

• Fit a wide range of car parts and technology to customer vehicles.
• Conduct basic car maintenance, including bulb, battery, and wiper blade replacements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Work efficiently on vehicles in a car park environment.
• Share expertise and potentially help develop other team members.
• Contribute to high-quality service and repair standards.

What You'll Need

• Practical experience with cars, whether professional or hobbyist.
• Experience in fitting car parts and completing basic maintenance.
• Proven ability to provide great customer service, ideally in a retail or automotive setting.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting customers.
• Availability to work on a rotational basis, including weekends.
