Requirements
  • 5 years or more experience with Manhattan WMS configuration, implementation, and warehouse systems analysis
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and operational analytics
  • Experience with warehouse distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience in labor management systems (LMS), labor standards, time studies, and productivity metrics
  • Experience with RF scanning, voice-directed technologies, and material handling equipment integration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Configure, enhance, and support Manhattan WMS functionality across warehouse operations
  • Analyze operational workflows and design process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain labor standards, engineered time studies, and workforce performance metrics
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support operational decision-making
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and warehouse teams to implement process improvements
  • Lead initiatives involving WMS, LMS, automation technologies, and continuous improvement efforts
