The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers referred by strategic partners. • Educate clients on bundled home security, smart home automation, and concierge solutions. • Convert inbound leads and inquiries into confirmed sales and scheduled appointments. • Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline updates within the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sale customer experience. • Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates and installation success. What You'll Need • A strong drive, resourcefulness, and performance-oriented mindset. • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and personalize solutions. • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple leads and timelines. • Proficiency with CRM and communication tools. • High School diploma or equivalent. • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, D2C/B2C sales, or high-touch customer service.
