The Role

• Engage with customers in a retail environment to discuss heating, cooling, and air quality enhancements.
• Generate leads for in-home consultations or promote home performance tune-ups.
• Educate customers on the benefits of the company's services and energy conservation.
• Represent a well-established brand within a national big-box retail home improvement store.
• Work with customers to identify needs and schedule appointments for experts.

What You'll Need

• A vibrant personality and a willingness to approach and engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently and stand/walk for the duration of your shift.
• A driven personality with a competitive spirit to exceed goals.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts in a high-volume retail setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings and drug tests.
• Minimum age of 18 years old at the date of application.

What's On Offer

• Competitive hourly pay of $20.00 - $22.00 PLUS commission.
