At Peregrine Advisors, you will work directly with a federal agency's Chief Data Officer and various financial markets subject-matter experts, and keep their program on schedule. But we hire people, not seats. As the work evolves, you will move to where the hardest problems are.

This is a hybrid work arrangement based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and the commuting cadence varies by assignment. The initial engagement requires United States citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust determination.

Your first project

Your first project puts you at the center of a program team, keeping senior leaders and experts coordinated and the work moving. Depending on the assignment, you may:

• Build and keep the program's schedule, action items, and deliverable tracker current, and follow every open item through to done.
• Prepare meetings with the Chief Data Officer and subject-matter experts: agendas, briefing materials, notes, and the follow-up that makes decisions stick.
• Write status reports and build presentation decks that turn a complex discussion into a clear picture for senior readers.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and raise them early, with a proposed way forward.
• Learn how financial markets data is produced and used, from the experts who know it best.

• 1+ years of professional experience in project coordination, consulting, or comparable work
• Bachelor's degree
• Superb project management skills, including planning, tracking, and following work through to completion
• Superb people skills, including working directly with senior leaders and subject-matter experts
• Sound thinking, clear writing, and the ability to build a presentation deck
• Proficiency in writing, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred

• Light subject-matter knowledge of finance or financial markets

This is a full-time W-2 position with a salary of $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
