Mechatroniker (m/w/d) as Rental Station Technician | Construction Machinery | Hamburg, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a skilled Mechatroniker to join a leading provider of rental construction machinery and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring our fleet is ready for our clients and involves hands-on technical work within a dynamic operational environment.

The Role

• Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations.
• Conduct check-out and kompetent instruction of customers on equipment usage.
• Perform check-in of returned equipment, identifying and documenting any damages.
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and refurbishment of machinery and equipment, including UVV inspections.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in the workshop, on construction sites, or at customer locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the operating premises.

What You'll Need

• Completion of a technical or vocational apprenticeship in mechanics, mechatronics, hydraulics, vehicle technology, heating technology, or a related field.
• A responsible and meticulous approach, especially during equipment check-out and check-in.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Enjoyment in providing professional advice and instructing customers on equipment.
• A valid driver's license (at least Class B).
• Proficiency in using PCs and smartphones for communication and work documentation.
